The score is calculated from the parsed document rather than reported by the language model, so the same resume produces the same score every time.

Headstart optimises for the things ATS parsers demonstrably break on — unusual headers, multi-column layouts, tables, missing dates and absent keywords — and shows which of the job's keywords the resume covers. No tool can guarantee passage through a specific employer's system, and Headstart does not claim to.

No. The Headstart Chrome extension fills application forms from a saved profile to save retyping, but it never submits an application automatically. A person reviews and submits every application.
